Refund policy

Returns

We want you and your pet to love your Snuglo purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Used pet beds are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons, unless defective.

How to Start a Return

Email christian@trinity-ecommerce.com with your order number and reason. We respond within 1-2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos — we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, no return required.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Return Shipping

Customers cover return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or we made an error.
